UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at our company in Pune (Erandwane), your role will involve designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile platforms. You will be responsible for understanding product requirements, creating wireframes, prototypes, and collaborating with developers to ensure seamless implementation. Additionally, conducting user research and staying updated with the latest UI/UX design trends will be crucial in enhancing user experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Understand product requirements and translate them into engaging user interfaces. - Create wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. - Develop pixel-perfect UI designs and collaborate with developers for implementation. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback for design improvements. - Maintain design consistency and align with brand guidelines. - Stay updated with UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices. Qualifications Required: - 3-4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer. - Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects for web and mobile. - Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator. - Good understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards. - Knowledge of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability principles. - Ability to work in an agile environment with developers and product managers. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Good To Have: - Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with motion design and micro-interactions. - Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
