UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at our company in Pune (Erandwane), you will play a crucial role in designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile platforms to enhance user experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Understand product requirements and translate them into engaging user interfaces. - Create wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. - Develop pixel-perfect UI designs and collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve design solutions. - Maintain design consistency across all platforms and ensure designs align with brand guidelines. - Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 3-4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer. - Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects for web and mobile platforms. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator. - Good understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards. - Strong knowledge of user-centered design (UCD), interaction design, and usability principles. - Ability to work closely with developers and product managers in an agile environment. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Good To Have: - Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with motion design and micro-interactions. - Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
