UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for delivering intuitive, user-centered designs for our digital products while ensuring a strong, collaborative design process. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create effective, feasible, and elegant solutions that meet both user and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and participate in the full design process: research, ideation, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Create, maintain, and share clear design documentation, flows, and prototypes using Figma as the primary design and collaboration tool.
• Communicate design decisions through UX storytelling and effective presentation skills to diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are feasible, leveraging your understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to bridge design and development.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses and improve user experience.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Champion a user-centered approach across the organization, advocating for design best practices and accessibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong, demonstrable portfolio showcasing effective design work and problem-solving.
• Design Portfolio (Must Have): Demonstrating your design process, UX thinking, and polished UI outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to clearly articulate design rationale and storytelling.
• Deep expertise with Figma as the primary tool for design, collaboration, prototyping, and maintaining design systems.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript—able to discuss technical feasibility and guide developer handoffs effectively.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) for asset creation and visual design tasks.
• Working knowledge of Framer, Webflow, or other low-code/no-code platforms.
• Collaborative mindset with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and commitment to quality in both visual design and user experience.

Nice to Have

• Video creation and editing skills (e.g., for marketing assets, micro-interactions).
• Experience with motion design or advanced interactive prototyping.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and best practices.
• Experience working in Agile or Lean product development environments.
