We’re Hiring: Senior UI/UX Designer

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month + Performance Bonus

AIMDek Technologies is looking for a skilled and motivated Senior UI/UX Designer to take full ownership of design projects, deliver impactful user experiences, and mentor junior team members. This is a great opportunity to work on both client and internal products, contributing to innovation and design excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead UI/UX design projects from concept to completion
• Communicate effectively with international clients and internal teams
• Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
• Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative design environment
• Translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
• Follow a structured design process: wireframes, mockups, and final handoffs
• Contribute to internal initiatives, blogs, case studies, and marketing content
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design

  with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, etc.
• Strong understanding of responsive and accessible design
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Experience working in agile teams is an advantage
