Job Description

As a UI UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting intuitive and engaging digital experiences for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. - Incorporate user insights into design decisions and iterate based on feedback and analytics. - Conduct usability testing to refine designs and ensure a seamless user experience. In addition to user-centric design, you will also be tasked with: - Maintaining and evolving our design system to ensure consistency across all products. - Working closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs while adhering to design principles and architecture. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive solutions and present design concepts clearly to stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in digital product environments. - A strong portfolio showcasing user flows, UI designs, and prototypes. - Proficiency in Figma, Mural, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools. - Solid understanding of responsive design, interaction design, accessibility, and the SDLC. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with experience in Agile teams. Preferred skills that would be advantageous for this role include: - Experience in e-commerce or SaaS platforms. - Basic understanding of front-end development for better collaboration with engineers. In terms of technical requirements, having domain knowledge in user research, user experience design, interaction design, visual design, and user testing would be beneficial for this position.,
