Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Design intuitive, visually striking mobile app interfaces for iOS and Android platforms.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to validate design decisions.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final UI designs using Figma or similar tools.
Collaborate tightly with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
Maintain and evolve design systems for consistent brand experience across all screens.
Analyze user feedback and data to continuously refine user experience.
Stay ahead of UX trends, design frameworks, and mobile UI guidelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

2+ years of experience designing
mobile-first applications
(must show real portfolio).
Expert in
Figma
plus familiarity with prototyping tools like Framer
Solid grasp of
user psychology
,
information hierarchy
, and
interaction design principles
.
Understanding of
iOS Human Interface Guidelines
and
Material Design
standards.
Experience working with
cross-functional teams
(product, dev, marketing).
Bonus: Motion design skills or familiarity with usability testing tools (Hotjar, Maze, etc.).
Obsessed with detail — the kind who notices misaligned pixels and fixes them before anyone asks.
