Role Overview Description
About Lucio:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive, scalable user interfaces for web applications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI using Figma.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to bring designs to life.
- Continuously iterate designs based on feedback and testing.
- Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in UI/UX design in SaaS based product companies.
- Strong proficiency in Figma is mandatory and familiarity with tools like Adobe XD (rapid prototyping and UI design expected).
- Experience designing user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver under tight deadlines and handle ambiguity.
- A strong design portfolio showcasing UI/UX case studies and design process thinking.
- Prior experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus but not mandatory.
