Description : Demonstrate a strong understanding of UI/UX processes, design methodologies, and User-centered design (UCD) principles. Demonstrate a strong understanding of UI Design Principles and design styles. Eagerness to learn and stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the best practices in UI/UX design. Communicate your design ideas effectively to internal teams, ensuring alignment with project goals. Conceptualizing and developing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the Projects. Requirements: Attention to detail and the ability to iterate quickly based on feedback to produce high-quality work. Bachelor's degree/diploma in Design, Engineering, or a related field. Eagerness to accept feedback and a willingness to learn from it to refine your design skills. Strong ability to think creatively and design engaging, intuitive user interfaces. Passionate for UI/UX design and a strong aesthetic sense. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design skills. Design Tools Knowledge : Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Portfolio : A portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design projects. Team Player : Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute ideas. Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design ideas and concepts clearly.
