Role Description:

Roles and Responsibility

• Automation Strategy & Architecture

  Develop and implement enterprise-wide automation strategies, ensuring scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions aligned with business goals.

• Technology & Tools Selection

  Evaluate and integrate automation tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, AI/ML), define best practices, and stay updated on emerging technologies.

• Development & Implementation

  – Design and oversee automation workflows, ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems, and provide technical leadership in troubleshooting.

• Governance & Best Practices

  – Establish automation policies, security standards, and compliance frameworks while creating reusable components and documentation.

• Stakeholder Collaboration & Training

  – Work with business and IT teams, provide mentorship, and conduct training sessions to drive automation adoption.

• Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

  – Track automation performance, identify inefficiencies, and optimize processes to maximize ROI.

• Project management and team management skills -

  Skilled in managing projects end-to-end while effectively leading teams to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results. Strong in planning, coordination, and fostering collaboration to achieve project goals efficiently.

Skill Sets:

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on with AA, UiPath, Python and AI is a must.
• Expertise in RPA tools (Automation Anywhere, UiPath and Python).
• Proficient in API Automation and Agentic Process Automation.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages: Python, Java, .NET, PowerShell.
• Experience with cloud automation (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML-driven automation, workflow orchestration, API integrations.
• Understanding of microservices architecture, database systems, and enterprise IT environments.
