Job Summary : Full We are seeking a seasoned Angular Developer The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development using Angular, TypeScript, and related technologies. The candidate should have worked on skills like Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and RESTful APIs And should be capable of handling complex web applications, leading front-end development teams, and managing client requirements. Preferably from the IT/software development industry and available to join immediately. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage complete front-end development lifecycle of web applications. Handle functional responsibilities including design, development, testing, and deployment of Angular applications. Manage team deliverables, code reviews, and ensure high code quality. Ensure compliance / audit readiness with respect to coding standards, security practices, and documentation. Manage team / client / vendor relationships including requirement gathering, project updates, and stakeholder communications. Ensure timely delivery of project commitment like feature releases, bug fixes, and performance improvements. Develop and implement team initiatives to foster a positive and productive workplace culture. Provide the leadership team with required updates, reports, dashboards, etc. and facilitate effective communication with all the stakeholders. Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment and smooth operations across the company. Qualification Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology. Additional certification in Angular, Front-End Development, or Web Technologies Technical Requirement Expertise in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3. Experience with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap, SCSS, and tools like Git. Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and UI/UX principles. Proficiency in RESTful APIs, RxJS, NgRx, and state management. Solid knowledge of web development best practices and design patterns and best practices. Experience using CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, Docker. Eligibility Around 5-8 years of experience in web development, focusing on front-end technologies. Around 3-4 years of experience as a Senior Developer handling team and clients. Preferably from software development industry. Should have worked on software / projects / domain like enterprise web applications, SaaS platforms. In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, front-end architecture, and web security practices. Strong organizational skills with proven track record of handling clients and multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additional Requirements Proficiency in using Microsoft Suite in creating required communications, dashboards and reports. Project planning and execution experience, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations. Strong analytical skills to dissect complex business processes and data. Proficiency in product and business review, allowing for deep insights and informed decision-making. Exceptional MIS reporting and presentation skills for conveying information effectively. The ability to utilize statistical analysis to derive valuable insights. Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive client relationships and collaborative teamwork. Willing to work from office in Gurgaon unless specifically discussed basis business & client requirement.
