UI & VISUAL DESIGNER (M/F/D)

Are you passionate about creating stunning user interface designs and shaping the future of the construction industry's digital transformation Thinkproject, a European market leader in digitalization tools for construction companies, is looking for an enthusiastic UI Designer to join their design team for collaboration products (CDEs). As a UI Designer at Thinkproject, you will have the opportunity to work alongside different product teams and be involved in the entire product development process. From product research and conception to launch and analytics, you will play a key role in defining and creating usable design systems for our products. Your day-to-day tasks will involve collaborating with other members of the UI team to design perfect and usable interfaces, supporting Product Designers with their projects, creating high-fidelity prototypes, and actively shaping the design culture at Thinkproject. Additionally, you will verify product interfaces with end-users through user research methods and ensure that all assets are created according to the company's branding guidelines. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in UI Design or a visual/graphic design background. Proficiency in Figma, the ability to create components, icons, illustrations, and other interface graphics, as well as experience working with complex Design Systems are essential requirements. A portfolio demonstrating a keen sense of visual design for responsive mobile and web applications will be required for consideration. In addition, familiarity with UI research and patterns, touch device behaviors, transitions, motions, and micro animations, as well as a hands-on, team-player attitude are desired qualities. Experience in SaaS web applications, B2B software, and fluency in English are also important for this role.
