Job Description

Armia Systems Pvt Ltd @ Infopark Kochi is looking for Lead UI/UX Developer .

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled UI/UX Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of talented UI and UX designers and developers, while ensuring the seamless execution of high-quality digital products. You will work closely with product strategy and ensure the best user experience across our projects managers, engineers, and other cross-functional teams to drive the design.

Job Specification

Proven experience (5+ years) in UI/UX design and development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.

Experienced in leading and mentoring a team of UI/UX developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Must have a User-centric mindset to create easy to use UI designs for new web and mobile applications.

Expert knowledge of any of the design tools like Figma, Sketch, Replit, or InVision.

Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles.

Good Understanding of Usability and Interaction Design Principles required for Modern Web/Mobile Application Frontend Design.

Expertise in visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction . Should be familiar with the latest UI trends.

Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience in building design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries.

Education - Any Degree.
