UI / UX Lead

Role Overview: As a Wireframe Designer for Web-Based Applications at Hitachi Solutions, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and designing intuitive wireframes to ensure our web applications are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with business objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and users to create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes, develop interactive prototypes, and iterate on designs based on feedback. Key Responsibilities: - Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes to visualize the layout and flow of web-based applications. - Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate user navigation and functionality. - Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives. - Ensure wireframes are aligned with UX principles, accessibility standards, and branding guidelines. - Work closely with front-end and back-end developers to ensure the feasibility of designs. - Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and techniques. - Own and deliver tasks on time while maintaining high-quality standards. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in wireframe design for web-based applications. - Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq, or Axure. - Strong understanding of user experience design, usability testing, and interaction design. - Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate with developers effectively. - Proficiency in creating clear design specifications and annotations for development teams.
