We are currently looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our innovative team in Bangalore. In this role, you will have the chance to: Design Research: - Stay updated on visual and technological trends to influence design decisions - Conduct user research and analysis to identify design opportunities Visual Design: - Develop visually stunning designs for apps and integrated features - Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive designs - Design infographics and data visualizations Design Assets and Guidelines: - Establish and maintain assets and style guides following brand guidelines and design standards Narrative Storytelling: - Craft compelling narrative storytelling to effectively communicate design concepts Collaboration: - Collaborate closely with UX Strategists and Interaction Designers to translate concepts into prototypes - Work with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment Innovation: - Generate innovative design proposals and pitches to drive business growth To be successful in this role, you should possess: - 6-9 years of experience in UI/UX design - A strong portfolio showcasing visual design, prototyping, and design thinking - Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision - Solid understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Additional qualifications that would be considered a bonus include experience with design systems and accessibility guidelines, knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), familiarity with Agile development methodologies, and certification in UI/UX design or related fields.
