UI & UX Front End Developer

As a UI & UX Front End Developer at this company, you will be responsible for collaborating with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. Your key responsibilities will include: - Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering - Conceptualizing original ideas to bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks - Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas - Presenting and defending designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders - Conducting user research and evaluating user feedback - Establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices, and standards - Demonstrating UI design skills with a strong portfolio - Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps - Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wireframing tools - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping - Having excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction - Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders - Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively - Staying up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and systems Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven UI experience - BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related field - Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process If you are passionate about UI & UX development and have the required skills and qualifications, this position at the company could be the perfect fit for you.,
