UI-UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate with development teams and product managers to conceptualize and create innovative software solutions. By grasping business requirements and user feedback, you will craft user-centered designs that enhance the overall user experience. Your responsibilities will include producing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups, as well as translating these designs into style guides and attractive interfaces. Moreover, you will design various UI elements and troubleshoot any encountered UI/UX issues to ensure responsiveness and usability. To excel in this role, you should possess a degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering, or a related field. Previous experience as a UI/UX Designer along with a robust portfolio of relevant projects is essential. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), prototyping tools (Sketch, InVision), and familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is highly advantageous. Your ability to understand key design principles, coupled with exceptional communication skills to convey ideas effectively, will be crucial. You will also be required to collaborate seamlessly with product, engineering, and management teams, integrating customer feedback and usability findings into your designs.
