That said, we are seeking a talented and experienced backend engineer to join our small but dedicated team who fits the following requirements. Desired Qualifications: -Minimum of 2 - 3 years of relevant work practice -A strong portfolio demonstrating past work experience and relevant, user-centred design solutions -A successful proven record having executed mid to large scale design efforts -A good hold of working on state of the art UI and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Invision etc -Understanding and past experience of demonstrating a product design process -Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment -Excellent communication skills -Bachelors/ Masters in Design/ Computer Science would be an advantage This role fits you, if you: -Are comfortable with ambiguity -Are able to work on your own, and multi-task in an agile environment -Leverage available insights like market study, customer/client feedback, usage/engagement metrics, and usability findings to make informed design decisions -Are able to break down complex problems into consumable execution items -Are fantastic at conveying your thinking and design decisions - youre able to get buy-ins from people you collaborate with -Are passionate about technology and are comfortable with development processes and tools -Are willing to get your hand dirty when it comes to solving problems -Are obsessed with tasteful visual design & details along with a good sense of typography -Are a proactive and self-motivated individual -Have an appetite for learning -Fit into the organisation culture -Have ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implication -Are excited about collaborating and communicating closely with team and other stakeholders via a distributed model, to regularly deliver design solutions Key Responsibilities: -Facilitate the project vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for our projects -Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys and mock-ups optimized for a wide range of interfaces -Take a user-centred design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs -Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders -Contribute to the organisation culture
