UI UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at Indic Lancers, a service vertical of Indic Arena, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional user experiences for web and mobile applications. Working in collaboration with product managers, developers, and fellow designers, you will be tasked with designing intuitive and user-centric interfaces. The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, attention to detail, and a solid grasp of design principles are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for both web and mobile applications. - Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs. - Conduct user research and usability testing to gain valuable insights into user needs. - Work closely with product managers to establish design requirements and specifications. - Contribute to the development of design systems and maintain consistency across all platforms. - Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance design capabilities. - Enhance existing UI designs to improve user-friendliness and intuitiveness. Skills & Qualifications: - 9 months to 1.5 years of UI/UX design experience. - Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software. - Experience in graphical design for both web and mobile platforms. - Familiarity with AI or no-code tools is a plus. - Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-platform design standards. - Knowledge of user research techniques and usability testing. - Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team. - A portfolio showcasing your design work for web and mobile apps. - Ability to quickly adapt and learn new design methodologies.
