Associate Manager

UI/UX We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer with at least 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design expertise and a deep understanding of user-cantered design principles. You will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across our digital platforms.

Team insights

Data and Analytics team is a multi-disciplinary technology team delivering client projects and solutions across Data Management, Visualization, Business Analytics and Automation. The assignments cover a wide range of countries and industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and design solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups that effectively communicate design ideas.
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support in their professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of user-cantered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and final outcomes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.
• Knowledge of analytics tools to measure user engagement and design effectiveness.
