Date: Jun 25, 2025 Location: mumbai, India Company: ACG About the Role We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing ACG Life Sciences Cloud team which is a B2B SaaS platform built to empower global pharmaceutical companies with end-to-end serialization, traceability, and regulatory compliance. You’ll play a key role in simplifying complex workflows, designing dashboards, and improving usability for a highly technical features for non-technical user base including QA, Plant Heads, IT of Marketing Authorization Holders, Contract Manufacturing Organizations, and Regulators. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who can convert business requirements and regulatory flows into clean, usable interfaces, while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and QA teams in Agile sprints. Key Responsibilities Own the UI/UX design process from discovery to delivery for modules for a SaaS supply Chain Management Systems. Translate complex technical workflows into intuitive user experiences. Design responsive web interfaces and mobile app interfaces optimized for multi-tenant environments and role-based access. Help in harmonizing the design across ACG Inspection’s product lines Work closely with the Product Manager and Scrum Master to define user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Conduct user research (internal stakeholders, pilot customers) and usability tests to validate design hypotheses. Maintain and evolve the design system , ensuring consistency and adherence to accessibility standards. Contribute to sprint planning by breaking down design tasks , managing handoffs with developers, and participating in demos and retrospectives. Incorporate data-heavy modules (e.g., Power BI-style visualizations, data validation errors, event drilldowns) into scalable design patterns. Build and Maintain library of reusable design assets Key Requirements 4–6 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer in a SaaS or enterprise software environment. Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to design functional dashboards and B2B interfaces . Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch , or equivalent. Proficiency in building working prototype using tools like Figma, Adobe XD etc Understanding of Agile delivery frameworks and experience collaborating on Jira or Azure DevOps boards. Familiarity with designing for multi-step workflows, conditional forms, validation flows , and complex datasets. Bonus: Ability to leverage AI to build screen designs and working prototype in react while maintaining ACGI’s color palette and design guidelines
