UI Tester

As a UI Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal user experience across multiple web applications by performing the following key responsibilities: - Perform UI testing to validate design consistency, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility. - Execute functional, regression, and usability testing to identify and resolve UI issues. - Collaborate with developers, designers, and product teams to ensure UI quality standards. - Prepare and maintain test cases, test scripts, and defect reports. - Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. - Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in UI testing. You should possess the following mandatory skills and tools: - UI Testing Expertise in web application testing and responsive design validation. - Automation Tools proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, or Cypress. - Manual Testing experience in exploratory and functional testing. - Cross-Browser Testing knowledge in Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari. - Bug Tracking Tools familiarity with JIRA or similar software. - CI/CD Integration understanding using GitLab/Jenkins for automated test execution. - Agile Methodology experience working in Scrum teams. Additionally, the preferred skills for this role include: - Knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman/RestAssured. - Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter. - Familiarity with accessibility testing standards like WCAG. In terms of qualifications, you should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, IT, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in UI testing for web applications.,
