UI Motion Designer

As a talented UI Motion Designer at XSQUADS, your role will involve creating stunning UI animations, VFX, and interactive motion graphics to enhance the players" experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and animating various UI elements, menus, HUD, pop-ups, and interactive components to increase player engagement. - Creating smooth and dynamic UI transitions, effects, and interactions for menus, buttons, and screens. - Developing 2D animated banners and promotional assets using motion graphics. - Implementing VFX and visual enhancements to elevate the appeal of UI components. - Collaborating closely with UI/UX designers, game developers, and artists to seamlessly integrate animations into the game. - Optimizing UI animations for performance and responsiveness across different devices. - Utilizing AI-assisted tools, procedural animations, and motion capture techniques to streamline workflows. - Maintaining visual consistency and branding while exploring new animation styles. - Staying updated with the latest trends in UI motion design, game interface animations, and VFX techniques. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience as a UI Motion Designer, UI Animator, or Motion Graphics Artist in gaming or interactive media. - Proficiency in After Effects, Spine 2D, Lottie, or similar motion graphics tools. - Experience in UI animation within game engines such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar. - Strong understanding of timing, easing, and animation principles for UI interactions. - Ability to create 2D motion graphics, animated banners, and real-time UI effects. - Familiarity with shader-based animations, particle effects, and procedural UI motion design. - Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills for effective teamwork with designers and developers. Preferred skills that would be beneficial for this role include: - Knowledge of scripting for UI animations using C#, JavaScript, or Blueprint in Unreal Engine. - Experience with interactive UI prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or ProtoPie. - Understanding of adaptive UI animations for mobile, tablet, and PC platforms. - Passion for game UI design, animations, and creating immersive user experiences.
