Would be a plus Responsibilities Architect and design complex web applications using Next.js, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and security requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and developers, to define project requirements and specifications. Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers to improve their skills and code quality. Implement best practices for code maintainability, scalability, and optimization, and ensure they are followed by the development team. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and continuously evaluate and adopt new tools and libraries to enhance our development process. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of web applications in production environments. Develop and maintain documentation for architectural decisions, coding standards, and best practices. Collaborate with the DevOps team to deploy, monitor, and optimize applications for performance and availability. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within the development team.
