Job Title: UI Lead React (Looking Immediate joiner) Location: Bangalore Experience: 12+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Front-End Engineering / Product Development Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced UI Lead React to lead the development of modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React and Progressive Web Applications (PWA) , along with strong leadership and architectural skills. This role will involve mentoring a team of developers, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and setting front-end development standards across projects. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers. Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices. React & PWA Development: Design and develop responsive, high-performance Progressive Web Applications using React . Ensure applications are fast, reliable, and engaging. Architecture & Design: Define and drive scalable front-end architecture. Ensure code maintainability, modularity, and optimal performance across projects. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to implement intuitive, user-friendly features and interfaces. Code Quality & Performance Optimization: Set coding standards, perform in-depth reviews, and lead efforts to improve web performance, load times, and responsiveness. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong hands-on experience with React.js , Redux , JavaScript (ES6+) , and TypeScript . Proficiency in building Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) and applying best practices for performance and reliability. Solid understanding of HTML5 , CSS3 , and responsive design principles. Experience with RESTful APIs integration and modern front-end build pipelines/tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.). Exposure to containerization tools like Docker . Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS , GCP , or Azure . Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira , Trello , or similar. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience leading front-end teams in fast-paced product or enterprise environments. Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for front-end projects.
