Role Summary

UX/UI Senior Developer

Key Responsibilities

UX Responsibilities

• Lead

  UX strategy and design

  for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct

  user research

  , stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and journey mapping.
• Create

  personas, wireframes, user flows, information architecture

  , and interaction models.
• Translate business requirements into

  intuitive and engaging user experiences

  .
• Validate designs using usability testing and analytics insights.
• Ensure accessibility compliance (

  WCAG 2.1 / ADA

  standards).

UI Responsibilities

• Design

  high-fidelity UI mockups, prototypes, and visual assets

  .
• Maintain and evolve

  design systems, UI libraries, and style guides

  .
• Ensure consistency across platforms and devices.
• Collaborate with branding teams to align UI with corporate identity.
• Optimize UI for performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.

Development Responsibilities

• Convert designs into

  pixel-perfect, responsive UI

  using modern front-end technologies.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
• Review and guide front-end code quality related to UI/UX.
• Support integration with platforms such as:
• Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFRA)
• Adobe Commerce / Headless Commerce
• CMS and Design Systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

UX/UI & Design

• Strong expertise in

  UX methodologies

  , usability principles, and interaction design.
• Hands-on experience with

  Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Zeplin

  .
• Deep understanding of

  responsive and mobile-first design

  .
• Experience with

  accessibility standards

  and inclusive design.

Front-End & Technical

• Strong knowledge of

  HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

  .
• Experience with

  ReactJS / Angular / Vue.js

  .
• Familiarity with

  design-to-code workflows

  .
• Experience working with REST APIs and headless architectures.
• Understanding of performance optimization and SEO-friendly UI.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to mentor junior designers and developers.
• Experience working in

  Agile / Scrum

  environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience in

  eCommerce and retail platforms

  .
• Exposure to

  Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, or Headless CMS

  .
• Knowledge of

  A/B testing tools

  and analytics (GA, Hotjar, Adobe Analytics).
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise or government digital platforms.
