Key Responsibilities

Visual Design

● Create high-fidelity UI assets, layouts, icons, and component libraries for digital interfaces.

● Ensure all designs adhere to best practices in usability, visual hierarchy, contrast, and accessibility.

● Collaborate to implement consistent branding across products.

Collaboration & Handoff

● Work closely with developers to ensure accurate and smooth design implementation.

● Coordinate with UX designers and product managers to translate requirements into visual solutions.

System & Consistency

● Build and maintain scalable design systems, documentation, and style guides.

● Review and iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and usability data. Research & Trends

● Stay informed about the latest UI trends, tools, and technologies.

● Participate in critiques and contribute to elevating overall team craft.

Requirements

Experience

● 2-4 years of hands-on experience in UI or Visual Design for digital products.

Portfolio

● Strong portfolio showcasing web or app UI, visual design, and consistency across interfaces.

Skills

● Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.

● Solid grasp of color, typography, layout, spacing, and iconography.

● Understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles.

● Good communication skills and the ability to present rationale for visual choices.
