As a UI Designer, AVP at our Pune, India location within the Corporate Bank Technology team, you will be part of a global team supporting various businesses such as Cash Management, Securities Services, Trade Finance, and Trust & Agency Services. This role entails working in a cross-functional agile delivery team, emphasizing innovative software development using the latest technologies. Your key responsibilities will involve delivering designs in a fast-paced environment, effectively communicating ideas visually, collaborating with the UK design team, developing and evolving design ideas, contributing to UX design strategy discussions, creating wireframes and mock-ups, brainstorming UI solutions, and creating sketches, flows, wireframes, and prototypes for web and mobile platforms. As a UX/UI + Visual Designer, you will define and participate in the day-to-day operations of the design team, ensuring business and product objectives are met while providing guidance to the engineering team. Your skills and experience should include expertise in design systems, hands-on design experience, proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Invision, Marvel, Bootstrap, and cross-platform design experience.
