Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Required Skills

Minimum 12 years of experience in software UI development, with at least 5+ years in an UI architecture/design role.
Architecture: Design and maintain complex UI interfaces, ensuring consistency and scalability across different features and devices
Design and develop reusable UI components and optimize for performance and responsiveness, ensuring a smooth and fast user experience for devices and browsers.
Strong experience in designing and developing scalable and performant mobile and web applications.
Evaluate new UI technologies and frameworks, making recommendations for adoption based on project needs and long-term maintainability
Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices, design patterns, and principles
Product Design & Development: Ability to design and develop products from scratch, including conceptualization, design, development, and launch.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead a team of developers, providing guidance and direction.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Agile Methodologies: Experience with agile development methodologies.
