They are responsible for guiding sales representatives and ensuring that sales targets are met, generating leads, managing key accounts, and monitoring competitors sales activities. Exhibitor & Sponsorship Management Identify, engage, and onboard exhibitors, sponsors, and strategic partners. Build and sustain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and industry associations. Ensure timely fulfillment of all deliverables and obligations to partners. 3. Marketing & Brand Promotion Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute result-driven promotional campaigns. Guide the development of impactful content, brochures, advertisements, and digital assets. Leverage digital platforms, social media, public relations, and industry channels to enhance event visibility and participation. 4. Operational Oversight & Vendor Coordination Manage all operational elements, including venue selection, infrastructure, technical setups, and logistics. Liaise with service providers, vendors, and agencies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Supervise on-ground event operations, ensuring smooth execution and real-time problem resolution. 5. Leadership & Team Management Lead a multidisciplinary team including event coordinators, support staff, and volunteers. Define roles and responsibilities, delegate tasks, and monitor performance.
