In this full-time role with day shifts, you can kickstart your career at Zenplus Fleet and earn up to Rs 35,000* monthly. Additionally, there are opportunities for additional incentives and rewards amounting to Rs 18,500*. By participating in our referral scheme, drivers can earn up to Rs 2000* by introducing new drivers to the company. Benefits of joining us include a free Uber ID and Profile, a new Wagon R car provided by the company (no need to own a vehicle), vehicle maintenance, repairs, insurance coverage, and other documentation processes taken care of by us. Each driver will also be assigned a support driver manager to assist with any vehicle or customer-related issues. Applicants should be at least 12th pass and have a minimum of 2 years of driving experience. Possession of a valid driving license, physical fitness to manage heavy baggage, familiarity with Mumbai directions, a clear driving record, strong customer service and interpersonal skills, adherence to traffic rules and regulations, and a commitment to customer safety are essential requirements for this position.
