Role Overview: You will be part of the Airbound team working towards revolutionizing the delivery industry by building the world's most efficient aircraft for drone delivery. Your role will involve core flight operations, field setup, equipment handling, general operational support, safety compliance, and contributing to reliable flight operations. Key Responsibilities: - Swap drone batteries following standard procedures and conduct pre-flight checks to ensure aircraft readiness. - Set up and dismantle field infrastructure, maintain cleanliness, and assist with equipment handling during deployments. - Run errands for operations, follow checklists, and maintain accurate logs. - Adhere to safety protocols, escalate concerns, and handle equipment systematically. - Ensure disciplined adherence to procedures, comfortable with manual tasks, practical, alert, and committed to supporting flight operations. - Communicate effectively and collaborate well within the team. Qualifications: - Prior experience in field operations, logistics, or warehouse support is beneficial. - Ability to work outdoors for extended periods without a driver's license. - Basic technical or mechanical aptitude is advantageous.
