UAV (Executive / Pilot)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct development, testing, and operational validation of UAV platforms for surveillance and loitering munition systems.
• Support flight mechanics, control systems, and flight performance testing activities.
• Participate in aircraft system integration testing on UAV platforms.
• Develop and execute flight test plans; perform experimental and in-house flight tests for drones.
• Perform pre-flight, test-flight, and post-flight checks, including operational planning and risk assessment.
• Operate and test UAVs including Fixed-Wing, Multi-Rotor, and FW-VTOL platforms.
• Develop and implement Flight Data Management Systems (FDMS) to centralize and analyze flight test data.
• Prepare detailed documentation for test flights and circulate critical technical data to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Support functional testing of integrated systems and hardware design for defense-related projects.
• Train customers on UAV operation, surveillance systems, and loitering munition systems.
• Act as an internal and external pilot during customer demonstrations and trials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, avionics, and system engineering teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in development and testing of UAV platforms, particularly for surveillance applications.
• Hands-on experience working with loitering munition UAV systems.
• Strong knowledge of avionics architecture, aircraft performance analysis, and flight mechanics.
• Experience in functional testing of integrated systems and hardware.
• Practical experience in flight test execution, data analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency in operational planning and UAV safety procedures.
• Experience across multiple UAV configurations: Fixed-Wing, Multi-Rotor, and VTOL platforms.
• Ability to create clear, structured technical documentation and test reports.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Aerospace and/or Defense Industry projects.
• Prior experience as a test pilot or UAV operations trainer.

• Preference will be given to Ex-Military Personnel.
