With a 30,000 sq. ft. store and workshop, we provide everything your vehicle needs under one roof. Our trained staff offers expert advice and high-quality service for all vehicle concerns. From tyres to ceramic coatings and paint protection films, we cater to all your car care needs. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Service Specialist located in Noida. As a Sales and Service Specialist at Tyre Shoppe India Private Limited, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, offering expert product advice, managing sales operations, overseeing the store, and providing exceptional customer service and support. You will also play a key role in training new staff, managing the sales team, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, along with proven experience in sales and sales management. The ability to effectively train new staff, coupled with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills, is essential. Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities are also crucial for success in this position. Experience in the automotive industry would be a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
