​Job Post: Typist / Data Entry Operator

​Location: Prakash Diagnostic Centre, Lalghati, Bhopal

​Job Description:

Prakash Diagnostic Centre is looking for a detail-oriented and proficient typist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently transcribing medical reports, patient records, and other documents.

​Key Responsibilities:

• ​Transcribe medical reports (such as ultrasound, MRI, and other diagnostic reports) from dictation or handwritten notes.
• ​Ensure all transcribed documents are accurate and free from spelling and grammatical errors.
• ​Maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive medical information with discretion.
• ​Organize and manage electronic and paper records.
• ​Collaborate with medical staff to clarify information as needed.

​Qualifications and Skills:

• ​Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a medical or diagnostic setting.
• ​Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• ​Strong understanding of medical terminology is a plus.
• ​Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
• ​High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• ​Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
