As a Document Typist, your role will involve type and format documents such as reports, letters, meeting minutes, and other materials with precision. You will transcribe audio recordings into written form with high accuracy and proofread typed documents for spelling and grammatical errors. It is essential to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents. Additionally, you will be responsible for editing and updating existing documents as required and ensuring the timely completion of all typing tasks and assignments. Key Responsibilities: - Type and format various documents including reports, letters, meeting minutes, etc. - Transcribe audio recordings accurately into written form. - Proofread typed documents to identify and correct spelling and grammatical errors. - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents. - Edit and update existing documents as necessary. - Ensure timely completion of all typing tasks and assignments.
