TW (TouchWorks) BI Support Analyst

As a TW (Touch Works) BI Support Analyst in the US Healthcare IT industry, you will be responsible for providing support for Altera EHR product, Touch Works (TW) in the BI team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supporting Altera EHR product, Touch Works (TW) in the BI team. - Familiarity with Custom Reports development/enhancements for TW, VPM, Care Director, Care Manager, EzCap, and dbMotion. - Creating data extracts for third parties, both regulatory and non-regulatory. - Supporting and maintaining custom reports and ETLs. - Implementing workflow automations and corrections in TW. - Utilizing SSIS, SSRS for development and issue resolution. - Creating dashboards using Power BI and Tableau. Qualifications required for this role include: - Overall experience of 6 to 8 years in the US Healthcare IT industry within operations/production support. - Experience in supporting Altera EHR product, Touch Works (TW) in the BI team. - Familiarity with Custom Reports development/enhancements for TW, VPM, Care Director, Care Manager, EzCap, and dbMotion. - Experience in creating data extracts for third parties, both regulatory and non-regulatory. - Experience in SSIS, SSRS development and issue resolution. - Experience in creating dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.,
