Position Overview:

Wellcaza School of Health Sciences invites applications for the position of Tutor in Phlebotomy to support its expanding academic programmes in clinical and diagnostic laboratory sciences. This is a full-time, campus-based faculty role for candidates passionate about shaping the next generation of allied healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured lectures, demonstrations, and lab sessions for undergraduate CPP Phlebotomy students in accordance with academic curriculum of M S University.
• Provide academic mentoring, evaluation support, and examination preparation for assigned modules.
• Special focus is expected in areas of various methods of specimen collection and biosafety
• Assist in supervising students during clinical postings or internships (including occasional Saturdays if applicable).

Essential Qualifications: DMLT from Government Medical Colleges with minimum 10 years clinical or laboratory experience in position of Lab In charge or Manager or equivalent.

Experience Requirements: Minimum 10 years of demonstrator experience in DMLT/B.Sc/B.Voc MLT programmes in institutions affiliated to any recognized Health Sciences University in India,

Preferred Candidates: Recently retired Senior Laboratory Technologist with DMLT /BMLT degree

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Full Day)

Weekly Off: Saturday and Sunday
