Develop and implement customized lesson plans to cover the syllabus and enhance problem-solving skills required for Olympiads. Provide additional practice materials and resources to reinforce learning and preparation for competitive exams. Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment to motivate students and boost their confidence. Assess student progress regularly through quizzes, tests, and assignments, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents. Qualifications: Previous experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly with 4th-grade students or Olympiad preparation. Strong knowledge of the 4th-grade curriculum and proficiency in all subjects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students excel academically. Ability to adapt teaching methods to cater to the individual learning needs of students.
