The tutoring sessions will be held in the evening from 7 PM to 9 PM. Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons across all subjects tailored to the 4th-grade level, with a specific focus on Olympiad preparations. Help the student excel in academic subjects and develop strong problem-solving skills required for Olympiad competitions. Provide support with homework, assignments, and school projects. Monitor and assess the students progress, providing regular feedback to parents/guardians. Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment to promote academic success. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Education or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in teaching or tutoring 4th-grade students. Strong knowledge of the subjects and familiarity with Olympiad competitions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and the ability to engage and motivate young learners.
