Create a positive and nurturing learning environment conducive to student success. Provide individualized support to address students unique learning needs and challenges. Foster a love for learning through creative and interactive teaching methods. Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies as necessary. Communicate effectively with parents to provide updates on student performance and progress. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive educational experience for students. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Education or relevant field preferred. Previous experience in teaching or tutoring is beneficial.
