Class: 3rd Grade Subjects: All Subjects Mode of Teaching: Offline Duration: 1 Hour per Day Timing: Evening Salary: 3500 per Month Location: Archu Paradise, Shobhagpura, Udaipur School: Witty International School Role Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced female tutor to provide one-on-one academic support to a 3rd-grade student. The tutor will be responsible for teaching all subjects as per the student s curriculum in an offline setup at the student s home in Archu Paradise, Shobhagpura, Udaipur. Key Responsibilities: Academic Support: Teach all subjects, including English, Maths, Science, Social Studies, and others as per the student s school curriculum. Simplify complex concepts and create a positive learning environment to enhance the students understanding and performance. Individualized Lesson Plans: Design and deliver customized lesson plans tailored to the student s learning pace and needs. Focus on improving the student s weak areas while strengthening overall academic proficiency. Assessment and Feedback: Conduct regular assessments to monitor the students progress. Provide constructive feedback to the student and maintain communication with the parents regarding performance and areas of improvement. Engagement and Motivation: Encourage interactive and engaging teaching methods to make learning enjoyable. Build the student s confidence in all subjects. Qualifications and Skills Required: Bachelor s degree in Education or a related field is preferred. Prior teaching or tutoring experience with primary school students. Proficiency in handling the curriculum for 3rd grade. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with the student and parents. Patience, creativity, and dedication to ensure effective learning. Additional Information: The selected tutor must commit to a consistent schedule to ensure continuity of learning. Any materials required for lessons will be discussed and supported by the parents if needed. Timely reporting of progress and any issues to the parents is mandatory.
