The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching, dedicated to student success, and capable of creating an engaging learning environment. Responsibilities: Conducting personalized tutoring sessions in Math and Science for Class 10 students. Developing customized lesson plans and teaching materials based on the students learning needs and curriculum requirements. Explaining complex concepts in a clear and concise manner to facilitate understanding. Providing regular assessments and feedback to monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement. Encouraging active participation and fostering a positive learning atmosphere. Utilizing various teaching methods and resources to enhance student learning and retention. Addressing student inquiries and clarifying doubts to ensure comprehension. Maintaining accurate records of tutoring sessions, including attendance and performance evaluations. Collaborating with parents/guardians to discuss student progress and establish academic goals. Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines during in-person tutoring sessions. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a tutor or teacher, preferably in Math and Science. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong subject knowledge and proficiency in Class 10 Math and Science curriculum. Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed academically. Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles. Reliable and punctual with a commitment to maintaining scheduled tutoring sessions. Familiarity with educational technology and resources for teaching purposes. Additional Information: The tutoring sessions will be conducted in the evening, with a duration of 1.5 hours per session. The tutor will be required to provide offline tutoring at the specified location in Sector 11, Udaipur. The salary offered for this position is 4500/Month.
