Timing: Evening Subjects: All Subjects Duration: 1.5 hours per session Mode of Teaching: Offline Salary: 5000 per month Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Tutor, male or female, to provide comprehensive academic support to a student in Class 10, residing in Haridas Ji Ki Mangari, Udaipur. The ideal candidate will be proficient in teaching various subjects and committed to facilitating effective learning experiences. Responsibilities: Conduct engaging and interactive tutoring sessions for the student in Class 10, covering all subjects including Mathematics, Science, English, Hindi, Social Studies, and any other subjects as required. Develop personalized lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to the students individual learning needs, academic goals, and curriculum requirements. Provide clear explanations, demonstrate problem-solving techniques, and offer practical examples to help the student understand complex concepts and improve academic performance. Assist the student with homework assignments, projects, exam preparation, and revision to ensure comprehension and mastery of the topics covered. Assess the students progress regularly through quizzes, tests, and evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance learning outcomes. Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment that promotes active participation, critical thinking, and academic excellence. Communicate effectively with the students parents or guardians to discuss progress, address concerns, and collaborate on educational goals and strategies. Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, student attendance, academic performance, and feedback to track progress and monitor achievements. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Education, relevant subject area, or related field. Proven experience as a Tutor or Teacher, preferably with high school students. Proficiency in teaching all subjects taught in Class 10 curriculum, with a strong foundation in Mathematics, Science, English, Hindi, and Social Studies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with the student, build rapport, and establish a supportive learning environment. Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for teaching to inspire and motivate the student to achieve academic success. Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles, academic abilities, and individual needs of the student. Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a consistent tutoring schedule. Knowledge of educational resources, teaching methodologies, and assessment techniques to facilitate effective learning experiences.
