Tutor coordinator

Role Overview: You will be responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, coordination, feedback, and reviews of tutors. Your role will involve conducting initial screenings of tutor applications, evaluating qualifications, scheduling interviews, facilitating platform induction for new tutors, providing necessary training and resources for onboarding, managing tutor availability and session scheduling, collecting feedback from students and parents, providing constructive feedback to tutors, and conducting periodic performance reviews. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct initial screening of tutor applications - Evaluate qualifications, experience, and alignment with the organization's requirements - Schedule and coordinate interviews - Facilitate platform induction for new tutors - Provide necessary training and resources for a smooth onboarding process - Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met - Manage tutor availability and session scheduling - Act as a liaison between tutors and session coordinators to address operational requirements - Regularly collect feedback from students and parents regarding tutors - Provide constructive feedback to tutors for continuous improvement - Conduct periodic performance reviews Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience as an education tutor preferred - Proficiency in English preferred Note: This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule located in Trivandrum, Kerala. The ability to commute or relocate before starting work is preferred. Work location is in person.,
