Role Overview: You will be joining our team as a dedicated and knowledgeable tutor to provide quality education to students from Class 1 to 12 across various subjects and educational boards. Your passion for teaching and ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs will be key in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Teach and mentor students in subjects ranging from Class 1 to 12, aligning with the curriculum of different boards such as CBSE, ICSE, and State Boards. - Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans customized to students" learning pace and style. - Provide personalized attention to address specific challenges and learning goals of students. - Prepare students for exams, assignments, and competitions using effective study techniques and practice sessions. - Monitor and evaluate student progress, offering constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians. - Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment for students. Qualifications and Skills: - Strong academic background in the subject(s) you wish to teach. - Prior teaching or tutoring experience is preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students of different age groups. - Familiarity with the syllabus and exam patterns of various educational boards. - Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for online teaching if applicable.
