Job Description: We are seeking skilled and experienced Turret Punch Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining turret punch machines to produce high-quality metal components according to specifications. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate turret punch machines for sheet metal fabrication. Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Ensure accurate punching, shaping, and cutting of materials. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines. Maintain quality standards and follow safety protocols. Coordinate with the production team to meet daily targets. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in turret punch machine operations. Knowledge of tooling, programming, and machine settings. Ability to read and understand technical drawings. Attention to detail and quality. Good physical stamina and safety awareness.
