Key Responsibilities:
· Operate manual lathe machines for precision turning operations.
· Read and interpret engineering drawings, job sheets, and measurements.
· Perform operations such as facing, turning, threading, and taper turning, boring, drilling, grooving, chamfering, and parting.
· Maintain tight tolerances and dimensional accuracy in finished parts.
· Select and set cutting tools, tool holders, chucks, fixtures, and feeds/speeds.
· Inspect components using Vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, dial gauges, etc.
· Perform basic machine maintenance, lubrication, and tool sharpening.
· Maintain production records and job cards.
· Follow all safety practices and maintain a clean workspace.
All above responsibilities related to Mechanical seal.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
