Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Turner at Raj Innotech Pvt. Ltd., located in the Greater Rajkot Area. The Turner will operate, monitor, and maintain lathe machines to produce precision parts and tools as per engineering designs and specifications. Daily tasks include interpreting technical drawings, setting up and adjusting machines, performing machine maintenance, and inspecting finished products to ensure quality. Collaboration with team members and adherence to safety protocols are essential aspects of this role.

Qualifications

Proficiency in operating lathe machines, including setup, adjustment, and maintenance
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality checks
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in identifying and correcting mechanical issues
Understanding of workplace safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Possessing a technical diploma or certification as a Turner or in a related field
