Role Overview: As a Turner at our Mathura location, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining lathe machines to produce precise components and tools from various metals. Your daily tasks will include reading technical drawings, setting up and adjusting machine tools, conducting quality checks, and performing routine maintenance on machines. Collaboration with team members to meet production schedules and ensure safety protocols are followed will also be a key part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain lathe machines to produce precise components and tools - Read and interpret technical drawings accurately - Set up and adjust machine tools as required - Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy in produced components - Perform routine maintenance on machines - Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules - Follow safety protocols diligently Qualification Required: - Experience in operating and maintaining lathe machines - Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings - Knowledge of conducting quality checks and ensuring accuracy in produced components - Ability to perform routine machine maintenance - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred - Relevant technical certification or diploma is a plus,
