Turnaround Work Pack Writer

Field walk-down of TA work scope to confirm/defined scope.
Obtains relevant P&IDs, plot plans, equipment drawings, isometrics, vendor data as required.Evaluates requirements of the work location and takes photographs e.g. access, cranes, monorails, scaffolding, equipment removal.Mark up drawings and photographs indicating the extent of work and notes safety mitigations for the work.Prepares standard work pack documentation indicating permits required, JSA, work phase, installation requirements, operations requirements.Develop Work Packs (Tasks Instructions, IFC drawings, MTOs, QCPs, VWRs, photos, P&IDs, MOC Form, and other required contents)Incorporate the Isolation package with LOTO / Blind Lists reflective of the corresponding Work Pack.

Identify/spec out and add the required isolation materials on the MTO.
Develops and maintains the master WP Plot Plans.Compiles all documentation related to the Series 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8 and loads into the WP folder.Interfaces with AIR Inspector re inspection and repair procedures and includes in WP.Break out MTOs and forward to Project Engineer for review and PR/PO generation and/or MTO reconciliation.Completes WP detail r type of permits required, installation requirements, work phase activities and ops requirements for safety mitigations.Identifies and obtains all documents required including any test plan and inspection requirements.Ensures work pack structure is developed for turnarounds e.g. pre and post works are clearly identified in the scope descriptions and a logic plan for completing the task is included.
